Livinn Health does not:

— Store, handle, or physically distribute any product
— Make therapeutic or medicinal claims about any product listed on our platform

Livinn Health does:
— Curate and verify suppliers based on strict quality and compliance criteria
— Provide a secure and transparent platform for customers to access research-grade wellness products
— Require independent third-party laboratory verification for all products listed
— Operate in full accordance with applicable UK law

2. MARKETPLACE MODEL — NOT A PHARMACEUTICAL COMPANY

Livinn Health is not a pharmaceutical company, pharmacy, or medical provider. We operate under a marketplace model, similar to other curated e-commerce platforms that connect verified suppliers with end consumers.

All products listed on our platform are:
— Supplied by independent third-party companies (including Synedica and Alluvi)
— Sold for research, educational, and personal wellness purposes only
— Not licensed as medicinal products under the UK Medicines Act 1968 or the Human Medicines Regulations 2012, unless explicitly stated otherwise
— The sole legal and regulatory responsibility of the respective supplier/manufacturer

Livinn Health acts as a commercial intermediary only. Any regulatory obligations relating to the manufacture, labelling, or classification of products rest exclusively with the relevant supplier.

3. SUPPLIER VERIFICATION POLICY

Livinn Health applies a rigorous supplier verification process before any product is listed on our platform. This process includes:

3.1 Mandatory Requirements for All Suppliers

— Valid business registration and verifiable company identity
— Certificate of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) or equivalent quality standard
— Independent third-party laboratory testing (HPLC or equivalent) for each product batch
— Batch-specific Certificates of Analysis (CoA) provided prior to listing
— Clear product labelling including: compound name, concentration, batch number, expiry date, and storage instructions
— Confirmation that all products are supplied for research and wellness purposes only
— Signed Supplier Agreement acknowledging compliance with Livinn Health’s standards

3.2 Ongoing Monitoring

— Suppliers are subject to periodic re-verification
— Any supplier found to be in breach of our standards is immediately suspended from our platform
— Customer complaints relating to product quality are investigated and, where warranted, escalated to the relevant supplier

4. PRODUCT COMPLIANCE FRAMEWORK

4.1 Research & Wellness Classification

All products available on the Livinn Health platform are classified and marketed exclusively as research compounds or personal wellness products. No product is presented, described, or sold as a licensed medicine or pharmaceutical drug.

4.2 No Prescription Required — Basis of Sale

The products listed on our platform are not prescription-only medicines (POMs) under UK law. They are research-grade compounds supplied by specialist manufacturers for non-clinical, non-therapeutic use. Customers are advised to consult a healthcare professional before use.

4.3 Label Compliance

All product listings on our platform reflect the labelling provided by the supplier and include:
— Accurate compound identification
— Concentration and dosage information
— Batch number and expiry date
— Storage and handling instructions
— A clear “For Research & Wellness Use Only” designation

4.4 No Off-Label Promotion

Livinn Health does not promote, suggest, or imply any off-label use of any product. All product descriptions are based on publicly available research and supplier-provided information. We do not make efficacy or safety claims beyond what is supported by independent scientific literature.

5. AGE VERIFICATION & CONSUMER PROTECTION

— All purchases on the Livinn Health platform require the customer to confirm they are 18 years of age or older at the point of checkout
— Livinn Health reserves the right to request proof of age and to cancel any order where age verification cannot be confirmed
— We do not knowingly sell to minors under any circumstances
— Orders suspected of being placed by or on behalf of a minor will be cancelled and refunded

6. GDPR & DATA PROTECTION COMPLIANCE

8. ANTI-COUNTERFEITING & AUTHENTICITY POLICY

Livinn Health takes product authenticity extremely seriously. To protect our customers:

— Products are sourced exclusively through verified, direct supplier relationships — never through secondary markets or unverified distributors

— Any product found to be counterfeit, adulterated, or misrepresented will be immediately removed from our platform and the relevant supplier will be permanently suspended
— We actively cooperate with regulatory authorities and law enforcement in any investigation relating to product authenticity

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY COMPLIANCE

— Livinn Health respects all intellectual property rights and does not knowingly list products that infringe third-party patents, trademarks, or trade secrets
— All brand names, product names, and trademarks displayed on our platform belong to their respective owners
— Livinn Health operates independently and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting as an agent of any pharmaceutical company, including but not limited to Eli Lilly, Novo Nordisk, or any other rights holder
— If you believe any listing on our platform infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact legal@livinn.deluccasweb.com.br and we will investigate promptly

10. RESPONSE TO THIRD-PARTY COMPLAINTS & LEGAL NOTICES

Livinn Health operates in good faith and in full compliance with applicable UK law. In the event that a third party — including a pharmaceutical company, regulatory body, or private individual — raises a complaint or issues a legal notice:

— All notices must be submitted in writing to legal@livinn.deluccasweb.com.br
— We commit to acknowledging all formal notices within 5 business days
— We will cooperate fully with any legitimate regulatory investigation
— We maintain full records of all supplier agreements, product listings, and transaction histories
— Our legal position is that we operate as a marketplace intermediary and do not manufacture, import, or re-label any product — liability for product compliance rests with the relevant supplier

Livinn Health is not a target for enforcement action relating to pharmaceutical manufacturing, prescription drug supply, or unlicensed medicine distribution, as none of these activities form any part of our business model.

11. REGULATORY FRAMEWORK — JURISDICTION NOTICE

Livinn Health Ltd is incorporated and operates under the laws of England and Wales. Our compliance framework is designed in accordance with:
